Reception Agent
As a reception agent, you are working in the front line to make contact with all our clients, business partners, and the public. You are expected to always have a professional outlooking, a strong mind to focus on details, and excellent organizing skills to help our team obtaining information. You will be working mainly in our front desk area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and collecting information. At the same time, you are responsible to ensure all visitors’ comfortless in our office’s cleanness.

Wenbo Education and Immigration Group is looking for new candidates to be our reception agent. We provide full training to the right personnel so no industry experience is required. Please see the job description below for more detail.


Reception Agent
As a reception agent, you are working in the front line to make contact with all our clients,business partners, and the public. You are expected to always have a professional outlooking, a strong mind to focus on details, and excellent organizing skills to help our team obtaining information. You will be working mainly in our front desk area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and collecting information. At the same time, you are responsible to ensure all visitors’ comfortless in our office’s cleanness.

Main Duties

Provide excellent customer service to each visitor.

Ensure all visitors are comfortable and keep their needs addressed to proper department.

Answer all external phone calls, take message from caller and pass to the proper members.

Assist customer finishing intake form and pass all information to proper teams.

Create new appointments for client and use calendar system to ensure proper notices aresent to team member and client.

Requirements:

Completion of high school.

Must be ableto work a very fast paced environment and sometimes under a significant amountof pressure.

Must have strong concept of customer service, previews related working experience is preferred.

Strong time management and multi-task abilities.

Must be very organized and self-motivated.

Must be fluent in English, a strong second language skill is preferred.
