The need for expertise ininternational business is growing in Canada. The International Businessprogram prepares students in Manitoba to meet the challenges ofadapting to the global marketplace.
The program includes a custom-designed foreign language componentand work experience with an organization involved in global marketing.The program has been certified as an accredited partner of the Forumfor International Trade Training (FITT).
Small classes are taught by a team of professionals who have realbusiness experience. They offer innovative projects designed to applyinternational business theory through case study and discussion.Students will be given opportunities listen to guest speakers and toparticipate in relevant conferences, seminars, and other events.
Student teams will work with a local enterprise to prepare amarketing plan for entry into a new foreign market. This plan will beevaluated by a panel of judges.
